Bu Hizmet Şartları (“Şartlar”), https://ehliyetsinavsorulari.io/ (“Site”, “biz”, “bize” veya “bizim”) tarafından işletilen ehliyet sınav soruları platformunun kullanımına ilişkin kuralları düzenler. Siteyi kullanarak, bu Şartları ve Gizlilik Politikamızı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Bu Şartlar, Siteye erişen veya Siteyi kullanan tüm kullanıcılar (“Kullanıcı” veya “siz”) için bağlayıcıdır. Site yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar için tasarlanmıştır. 18 yaşından küçükseniz, Siteyi ebeveyn veya yasal vasinizin izniyle kullanmalısınız.

1. Hizmetlerin Kapsamı

https://ehliyetsinavsorulari.io/, ehliyet sınavlarına hazırlık için sorular, testler ve ilgili içerik sunar. Site, Google AdSense aracılığıyla reklamlar ve Reader Revenue Manager aracılığıyla abonelik tabanlı hizmetler sunabilir. Hizmetler, eğitim amaçlı olup resmi ehliyet sınavlarının yerine geçmez ve resmi bir sertifikasyon sağlamaz.

2. Kullanıcı Yükümlülükleri

Sitemizi kullanırken aşağıdaki şartlara uymayı kabul edersiniz:

Siteyi yalnızca yasal amaçlarla ve bu Şartlara uygun şekilde kullanmak.
18 yaşından küçük kullanıcılar için ebeveyn veya yasal vasi izni sağlamak.
Siteye yanlış veya yanıltıcı bilgi vermemek.
Site içeriğini kopyalamamak, değiştirmemek, dağıtımını yapmamak veya ticari amaçlarla kullanmamak.
Siteye zarar verebilecek, kötü amaçlı yazılım içeren veya hizmetleri aksatabilecek herhangi bir eylemde bulunmamak.

3. Fikri Mülkiyet

Sitedeki tüm içerikler (metinler, sorular, grafikler, logolar, vb.) ve yazılım, telif hakkı, ticari marka ve diğer fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunmaktadır ve https://ehliyetsinavsorulari.io/ veya lisans verenlerine aittir. İzinsiz kopyalama, dağıtım veya ticari kullanım yasaktır. Kullanıcılar, yalnızca kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanım için içeriğe erişebilir.

4. Abonelik ve Ödeme

Reader Revenue Manager aracılığıyla sunulan abonelik hizmetleri için:

Ödemeler, belirtilen ücretlere ve ödeme koşullarına tabidir.
Abonelik iptalleri veya iadeler, Gizlilik Politikamızda ve ilgili ödeme sağlayıcısının politikalarında belirtilen kurallara uygun şekilde işlenir.
Ödeme işlemlerinde güvenli veri işleme teknolojileri kullanılır.

5. Google AdSense

Sitemiz, Google AdSense aracılığıyla kişiselleştirilmiş reklamlar sunar. Reklamların içeriği ve gösterimi, Google’ın AdSense Program Politikaları ile uyumludur. Kullanıcılar, reklamlarla etkileşime geçerken Google’ın politikalarına uymalıdır.

6. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Bu Şartlar, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Anlaşmazlıklar, İstanbul mahkemelerinde çözülecektir.
